I have resumed drawing things that I have lost, and here is a digital drawing of my wayward Temple Bar t-shirt, purchased in Ireland on possibly the same day I lost another shirt. View a larger version of the image, as well as the rest of the series, here.
So, yes, I have been on a bit of a hiatus from posting about art I’ve encountered and made, here on Good Eye, Meriwether [Today].
But with a new site design in the can, here we are, back in blogness. Ain’t it grand?

On January 21, 2009, at about five pm, I slipped on an icy sidewalk in Boston. I fell hard on my right elbow. I didn’t discover until later, after I got off the CT1 bus in Cambridge, that my ipod mp3 player was missing. I still had the headphones.
It must have slipped out of my pocket when I fell.

This is part of an ongoing project in which I make drawings of things that I have lost.
